The restorative yoga part of the class will utilize available props to help achieve the highest level of relaxation. Sounds and scents are incorporated to provide a therapeutic experience. Please inform Harmonia Healing Studio ahead of class if there are any sensitivities.

Class is $15. To pay cash upon arrival to class, choose "Pay Later" when registering for class. This specialty class is in-eligible for class pack credits.
