Owner, Music Therapist, Social Worker, Yoga Teacher

Lea is a board-certified music therapist and a level-200-hour yoga teacher. Lea has been a music therapist since December 2021 and has been teaching yoga since July 2020. She loves to incorporate therapeutic music into yoga classes along with movement and mindfulness in music therapy sessions. Lea believes that true wellness comes from a holistic perspective.

She enjoys teaching beginners or those new to yoga to share with them how accessible yoga can be for everybody! Her teaching style is breath-centered and focused on experiencing rather than perfecting.

Lea has experience using music therapy with sexual trauma survivors, children and young adults with disabilities, older adults with memory difficulties, and individuals with mental health struggles. She is an experienced clarinetist and uses piano, guitar, and other instruments in music therapy sessions.

It is Lea's belief that music therapy is not just an alternative treatment; it is a transformative process that allows individuals to reclaim their voice and their healing journey. It provides a path to reconnecting with oneself, building resilience, and ultimately finding peace amidst the noise of the world.

Eilis is a yoga teacher based in central Illinois, offering two years of experience rooted in mindful movement and intentional living. Her teaching blends functional movement with intuitive pacing, creating slow, deliberate sequences that help students reconnect with the subtle language of their bodies. Guided by sustainability, her classes encourage curiosity, self-trust, and autonomy—inviting each student to arrive just as they are.

Health and Wellness Coach

Jenny has always possessed a passion for helping others discover the best version of themselves, mentally and physically. Through facing personal health adversities as well as navigating through those that her children were met with, Jenny was led to pursue the field of Integrative Health. This complimented her previous line of work, which was focused on emotional/cognitive well-being. By combining those, Jenny has created a solid foundation from which patient’s can flourish.

It is of the utmost importance that Jenny meets each patient where they are on their health journey. Integrity, grace, and compassion are key elements that are at the forefront of her practice. Jenny's ultimate goal is making a positive impact in the lives of others; Although this looks different for each individual, the overall objective is for patients to feel empowered and autonomous with their health/wellness decisions and physically/emotionally invigorated.

Jenny has extensive experience providing therapeutic counseling to sexual trauma survivors, individuals with mental health disorders, and children and families involved in social service. She uses a trauma-informed approach to each client interaction to create meaningful therapeutic relationships.

The Studio

We invite you to practice with us in our studio space at 109 N. Main St. in St. Joseph, IL. Enter from the main doors on Main Street. Next to the studio, you can find The Zone 24-hour Fitness Gym. Just outside the building is the Kickapoo Rail Trail where you can bring your bicycle and ride from St. Joseph to Urbana.
