Start your yoga journey in a welcoming, supportive space designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Beginner Yoga introduces foundational poses, breathwork, and gentle movement, making it perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice.

This class focuses on slow, intentional sequences, guiding you step by step through key postures while emphasizing proper alignment and relaxation. You’ll learn how to connect movement with breath, cultivate mindfulness, and develop a strong base for future practice.

No experience? No problem! Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or easing back into yoga, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered.

Mats and props are available to use during class. Hands-on assistance will be done only at your request or with your permission.

To enhance comfort and support, we incorporate props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, helping you find stability, deepen stretches, and fully relax into postures. Whether you're new to yoga, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more meditative experience, this class provides a welcoming environment tailored to your individual needs.

Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and rejuvenated—ready to carry that sense of calm into your day.

Each class will close with savasana and a short meditation or somatic practice.

This 6-week series is designed specifically for absolute beginners seeking a gentle, empowering introduction to the heart of yoga. Each week will build on the one before, helping students grow step by step. We’ll start with the basics of breath and posture, then gradually introduce new movements, alignment tips, and ways to feel steady and flexible. By the end, you’ll have the tools and confidence to continue practicing yoga on your own

With accessible poses, clear alignment cues, and thoughtful reflections, students will build a strong base for their own personal yoga journey.
