No experience? No problem! Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or easing back into yoga, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered.
Mats and props are available to use during class. Hands-on assistance will be done only at your request or with your permission.
Classes are $15 or 1 credit from the 10-Class Package. To pay cash upon arrival to class, choose "Pay Later" when registering for class.
